Welcome to Eyes Up by Ames! This site grew out of my love for horses and the many ways they influence the world around us. As an animal lover who grew up with four rescue dogs, it’s no surprise that I eventually fell in love with horses. What began with riding lessons and afternoons at the barn soon grew into a passion for riding and competing, but the equestrian world has become much more than a sport in my life. Through riding, I’ve met wonderful people, discovered new interests, and found inspiration in unexpected places. Through this website, I hope to share how horses bring joy to my life while also exploring other things I’m passionate about and creativity in all its forms. Whether you're a horse lover, a competitor, or someone who has never spent much time around horses, I hope these posts help you to discover something new.
